			<description><![CDATA[Hello Once again after long interval i have got some free time to make this Wordpress tutorial continue<br />
<br />
So lets start , login to your wp-admin area of your blog. and lets go step by step after that.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Step 1 :-</span></span> Find this inside your wp-admin panel in left menus<br />
<br />

<span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Step 2 :-</span></span> after getting the plugin menu u can see so many navigation system to find plugin , either upload the downloaded plugin or can search the plugin direct online from wordpress.org database.<br />

Login to your  draft blogger account.<br />
From your dashboard click on layout.<br />
